Radford Chancellor is the Principal Consultant at Macintosh and has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, having started his culinary career as a chef in the British Army, with the Catering Corps. This experience has equipped him a unique and proficient understanding of every facet within the sector. He's earned a solid reputation and set an unprecedented legacy in providing consultancy services to organisations all across the world, alongside several notable awards and accolades. His specific expertises involve catering, operational, and performance reviews, business strategy outlooks, competitive tendering and evaluations, kitchen and bar design as well as catering equipment audits and assessments. He has worked across nearly all sectors within the industry and has expansive design experience having worked on projects of every size, across several continents. 

Notably, Radford was awarded “The Catering Insight Hot 100” an industry award that recognises the achievements of the 100 most influential and exciting personalities within the Commercial Catering Community. Radford was also awarded "Foodservice Consultant of the Year" in both 2019 and 2022 for the UK and Ireland for his exceptional work and expertise and most recently won in the "Business Awards UK" for 2024 for an outstanding contribution to the foodservice industry. Radford is a fellow member of the Institute of Consulting and a leading expert witness for legal cases in commercial kitchens and catering equipment.
