As part of this process, our consultants prepare detailed reports for specific catering industry issues, as highlighted above which are reviewed by an independent legal team before being issued. We have been involved in several legal cases for many large corporations across the United Kingdom, assisting with a variety of catering related cases. 

Our consultants have also been summoned to attend courts in civil and criminal matters to testify in accordance to our professional opinions, offering advice and evidence in compliance with the Ministry of Justice Practice Direction 35 – Experts and Assessors Guidelines. Our Professional Indemnity Insurance covers up to £2 million.
